Réka ’s clinical approach is strategic and holistic, using elements of positive psychology, cognitive and dialectical behavior therapy, Jungian analysis, mind-body connection and elements of art therapy. I have over ten years of experience working in the mental health field. I am also a nature lover, traveler, and reader. You can find me hiking, exploring cities and natural landscapes, biking, spending time gardening as my cat chases bugs, or my nose in a book while highlighting new information.

Shireen is an Integrative Wellness Therapist. She combines her expertise in mental health (mind), with her knowledge of physical fitness and movement (body), and adds in her experience with mindfulness and alternative medicine (soul) to create an integrated approach to healing and finding a balance within life.

Kyle is a psychotherapist with over 14 years of experience in the field of mental health. He provides psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy through the Institute of Integrative Therapies, which emphasizes the use of art, design, music and creativity in the process of curating personalized psychedelic experiences.

I am the cofounder and CEO of The Remedy and bring decades of psychiatry experience to our practice, including work with patients at organizations such as Minnesota Alternatives, Alltyr Clinic, Allina Health, and North Memorial Healthcare. I earned my A.B. in Psychology from Brown University before moving on to S.U.N.Y. Stony Brook School of Medicine for my M.D., Hennepin County Medical Center for Family Medicine training and received my psychiatric training at Mayo Clinic. I am board certified in Adult and Addiction Psychiatry with previous board certification in Family Medicine and Integrative Medicine.

After being an NP for over 7 years, I left corporate, "big business" health care because of its distasteful focus on profits. I started my own clinic and website, hoping to provide more compassionate and competent care by giving my full attention to every single patient I see while creatively working to meet most patient needs with telehealth and distance care. I started a website at IllumiMed.health to help deliver accurate and understandable health education to people and also to support my work as a patient advocate.

Beth is a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist and Owner at Bloom Neurotherapy. She has been practicing Anesthesia for 19 years. She started Bloom in 2019 as an extension of her expertise in the administration of ketamine and other medicine and providing breakthrough treatments for mental health. She is especially interested in using ketamine as a springboard to other positive health practices for healing the whole person, and utilizes wisdom from many disciplines in caring for her patients. Beth conducted an apprenticeship in Traditional Herbal Medicine (2017-19), with a special interest in mental health, training from the Ketamine Academy (2018-19) and Polaris KAP Training (2020)

Sarah is a pre-licensed therapist that focuses on developmental trauma, sexual assault, intimate partner violence and betrayal, reproductive psychology, parenting, loss, creative process issues, sexual and gender identity, social justice and equity concerns, depression, anxiety, and adjustment difficulties.

Helping people in their process of personal change and growth has always been a passion of mine. I received my M.A in Counseling and Psychological Services from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota with a Graduate Certificate in Addiction Studies. I currently hold an alcohol and drug counseling license (LADC) and I am receiving supervision to obtain my license for professional clinical counseling (LPCC) in the state of Minnesota. I also hold a B.A. in Psychology. I have received training in psychedelic integration from Fluence, ketamine-assisted therapy training from Polaris Insight Center, and Psychedelic Somatic Interactional Psychotherapy from the Psychedelic Somatic Institute. When I am not in my therapist role, attending trainings, or giving presentations, you can find me either rollerblading, skiing, or spending time in nature.
