RecuperAcres is the Twin Cities only private, outdoor, nature based facility used for therapeutic purposes. Immersion in nature has a positive impact on mental, spiritual, and physical health; however accessibility to safe and private spaces where this type of therapy can occur is limited or non-existent. We provide a place where clients and providers can engage in private and confidential therapeutic processes without interference.

My healing practice and group classes are grounded in Astrology, Yoga, and Reiki. I offer 1-on-1 work for those wishing to gain insight into their personality and purpose. I also compliment these timeless traditions with Human Design, Ayurveda, Meditation Coaching, and other metaphysical healing modalities.

We are a husband/wife massage therapy team with a private practice in the south metro. We do therapeutic massage, working to resolve muscular issues such as injuries, tension, and dysfunction to help clients feel and move their best. Therapeutic massage also helps with stress relief, nurturing the mind/body connection, and can be a helpful, holistic integration practice as well.

Christopher is a psychedelic integration coach and integrative health practitioner. He regularly hosts educational presentations, support groups and meditation classes through the PSMN and Creators Space. He is experienced in incorporating meditation, nutrition, hormonal balancing, and detoxification into the spiritual integration process. He's been passionately using psychedelics for 15 years, now devotes his career to expanding awareness and knowledge of them. Christopher serves as a PSMN director and is one of the cofounders of Decriminalize Nature Minneapolis.
